TRADITION THAT GROWS WITH YOU
The Sugar Hollow Experience
Our camp has called Sugar Hollow home since 1959. Since then, thousands of girls have grown up at our camp. We believe in fostering growth, independence, and leadership through outdoor adventures.

A WEEK PACKED WITH FUN
OUTDOOR KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
We learn how to respect nature and love scouting by building skills in health & safety, camp songs, tie-dye, knots, tools, fire building, and outdoor cooking. Our rising fourth graders and up learn archery, and our rising seventh graders learn how to kayak.

be a camper
COME TO CAMP
Girl Scouts in rising first grade through rising seventh grade are campers. Girls are grouped in units according to their rising grade level. Each camper will earn a patch from the GSVSC summer camp progression program and a badge specific to each year’s camp theme.

TOO OLD TO CAMP?
YOU’RE NEVER TOO OLD
Camp doesn’t end in seventh grade! Rising eighth through twelfth graders run our stations and activities. Adults run each unit of campers and mentor our youth staff. As a volunteer-run camp, we could not have camp without our staff, and we love that they love our campers and program!!
