    3. doctor/dentist contact information

    4. medical & medication details


  2. Check status of session units below (if full, add your name to the WAIT-LIST and/or try another session)

  3. on/after march 18, click the ‘doubleknot reigstration site’ link below, and complete the registration paperwork


  4. save a copy of your email confirmation receipt as this includes our childcare tax id/information
